Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer relationships
- Develop new freight shipping opportunities
- Coordinate shipments and transportation solutions
- Negotiate rates with shipping customers and motor carriers
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation sales experience required
- Experience building, managing, and growing a book of business
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of freight brokerage and truckload transportation
