What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose roofing issues and complete repairs
- Communicate directly with customers
- Train and lead repair specialists
- Ensure jobsite safety and quality work
- Work with multiple roofing systems (TPO, shingle, metal, and more)
What You Need:
- 5+ years of construction or roofing experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
