What You'll Be Doing
As an Account Expeditor (Sales Support), you'll keep projects moving and support both customers and our sales team by:
- Welcoming and checking in all showroom visitors
- Supporting Account Managers with order entry, payments, order status updates, and samples
- Answering phones and directing inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Scheduling showroom tours and appointments for potential members
- Communicating with vendors regarding orders and follow‑ups
- Maintaining an organized, polished showroom with updated pricing and displays
- Using CRM and internal systems for customer management, sales entry, and basic bookkeeping
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet navigation, mobile devices)
- Interior design or industry experience is a plus, not required
