Patient Care Coordinator – Entry Level | Training Provided
No dental experience required — we will train the right person!
All Dental is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing private dental practice.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to start a career in the dental field. Previous dental experience is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Schedule & Locations
This position works between both of our offices:
- Monday & Tuesday – All Dental Riverview
- Wednesday & Thursday – All Dental Tampa Palms
- Friday hours are available for candidates interested in additional hours
Applicants must be comfortable traveling to both locations during the week.
What You'll Do
You will receive hands-on training in both patient care and front-office responsibilities, including:
- Greeting patients and helping them feel comfortable and welcomed
- Answering incoming patient phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Helping new patients get scheduled and answering basic questions
- Learning to use our iTero digital scanner
- Performing digital scans and gaining hands-on experience with modern dental technology
- Taking patient photos when needed
- Helping guide patients throughout their visit
- Assisting the front office with basic administrative duties
- Learning dental terminology, procedures, and office workflows
- Providing an excellent patient experience from the first phone call through the completion of their visit
Who We're Looking For
Dental experience is NOT required.

Customer service experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, banking, medical offices, reception, or other customer-facing positions is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
