About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Industrial Manufacturing Technician to join our high-energy production team. In this role, you will drive operational efficiency by managing precision cutting equipment and ensuring our metal products meet rigorous quality standards for global aerospace and commercial clients.
Responsibilities-
Operate industrial saws, including band, chop, and plate saws, to execute precise metal cutting requirements.

Utilize heavy machinery such as forklifts and side loaders to safely transport and organize raw materials and finished goods.

Perform routine deburring and finishing tasks to ensure product integrity and readiness for shipment.

Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace that prioritizes safety and operational flow.

Execute complex production orders using advanced equipment like waterjet and laser machinery.

Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping, receiving, and export packaging processes.

Apply mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve minor equipment issues and maintain consistent output.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated experience operating industrial cutting saws and heavy material handling equipment.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50-100 lbs with assistance.

Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and OSHA standards.

Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Prior experience with CNC machine operation or installation.

Proficiency in shop math and technical blueprint reading.

Previous background in metal processing or manufacturing environments.

Current forklift certification or licensure.
