Position: Residential Property Manager
Status: Full-time, non-exempt
Salary: $68,000 - $77,000/year + monthly bonus potential
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Location: On-site Spokane, WA
About this role: As the steward of our M and Chronicle apartments, you'll lead the charge in curating unforgettable living experiences for our prospective residents. Dive into the excitement of overseeing leasing operations, from conducting market research to dazzling marketing initiatives that ignite interest and drive occupancy.
Picture yourself as the main ambassador, showcasing our properties through engaging tours and being the go-to guide for both prospective and current residents. But that's not all – you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, managing the nitty-gritty logistics of rentals, leases, insurance, and more with finesse and flair.
What you'll do: This role involves actively marketing the apartment community through online advertisements, social media engagement, and community outreach. Responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, managing the community's reputation on social media, and staying updated on activities of comparable communities. The position also entails touring model units and amenities, ensuring compliance with renters' insurance policies, and serving as the first point of contact for prospective residents. Additionally, the role involves creating a positive environment for residents, implementing resident retention strategies, managing properties, handling emergencies, enforcing community policies, and overseeing maintenance and repairs. Other duties include communicating leasing qualifications, collecting proof of income, completing lease agreements, staying informed about property details, and scheduling maintenance. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
What you'll contribute to our team:
2-3 yrs. of Property Manager/Leasing Manager capacity within an apartment/townhome community
Valid Driver’s License
Essential computer skills
Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal & business communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Competence with office management software
Knowledge of financial reporting
