Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours while completing daily financial and accounting tasks to ensure accurate reporting and a smooth transition to the next business day.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and complete check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Process payments, post charges, and prepare end-of-day reports.
- Audit guest accounts for accuracy.
- Maintain security by monitoring hotel entrances and public areas.
- Complete overnight paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Communicate important information to the morning management team.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge

Schedule
- Overnight shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekends and holidays as needed
