Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Execute food preparation tasks such as slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients with precise knife skills and slicing techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety management and safety standards in production.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Serve dishes efficiently to ensure prompt delivery to customers or dining areas, contributing to excellent food service experiences.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting, demonstrating strong kitchen experience.
- Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Experience with menu planning, catering services, and serving large groups is advantageous
- Familiarity with food safety management systems and adherence to all relevant health regulations.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
