Law firm seeking paralegal to handle prelitigation, litigation, and trial work. We are a small plaintiff’s personal injury firm looking for an experienced paralegal with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling complex cases for plaintiffs in serious personal injury cases in state and federal courts. Trial experience, paralegal degree, and/or undergraduate degree preferred but not required. Requirements include: Proficient in PACER ,E-filing, medical record collections and review, resolving liens with Medicare/Medicaid, discovery and eDiscovery management, trial preparation and attendance, preparing mediation presentations, managing expert witnesses, and communicating with clients. Master command of PPT, Excel, document and case management systems. Compensation includes base salary commiserate with experience, bonus opportunity, 401k with profit sharing, medical insurance and generous PTO.
