Overview
Central Vapors is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Seasonal E-Juice Mixologist / Customer Service Associate to join our team during our busiest season. This temporary position runs from August through the end of January and involves mixing custom e-liquids, assisting customers, and supporting daily retail operations in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding seasonal employees may be considered for permanent employment based on business needs and performance.
Duties
- Mix and prepare e-juice (e-liquid) according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Assist customers with product selection, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories
- Verify customer age and follow all applicable laws and store policies
- Operate the POS system and process cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and mixing area
- Restock inventory and merchandise shelves
- Help receive and organize incoming inventory
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous vape shop, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow mixing instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed during the holiday season
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and walking throughout the shift
