Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Generate and manage buyer and seller prospects through warm referral networks, Zillow integration, Facebook campaigns, and expired listings distributed through our CRM, alongside personal outreach.
- Client Consultation & Representation: Conduct professional consultations and represent clients through transactions using the frameworks and scripts from your training program.
- Training Participation & Application: Attend Breakthrough120 sessions, participate in script training and role-play, engage in weekly coaching, and implement feedback to continuously improve your approach.
- Metrics Tracking & Accountability: Log all activity, pipeline progression, and results, reporting weekly metrics to your coach to measure progress toward your production goals.
