Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Starting rate: $18.00 per hour
- Additional $4.00 per hour available through our healthcare opt-out incentive program for eligible employees following completion of the introductory period

What You'll Do
As a Palletizer Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and ensuring finished products are prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate and monitor automated palletizing and stretch-wrap equipment.
- Supply production lines with pallets, cardboard, shrink wrap, labels, and other materials needed for production.
- Monitor equipment performance and clear minor machine faults to maintain production flow.
- Inspect finished pallets to ensure products are properly stacked, wrapped, and prepared for shipment.
- Complete quality control and production documentation accurately.
- Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors and Quality Control personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Return unused materials to inventory and prepare materials for upcoming production runs.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with product changeovers and support production operations as needed.
- Participate in training and assist in onboarding new team members when assigned.
- Follow all company safety, quality, food safety, and workplace policies.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, or production experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, diagrams, and training materials.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, production noise, and moving equipment.
- Ability to safely work around forklifts and automated machinery.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing and eye protection.
