Responsibilities

- Assist with food handling, portioning, and plating to ensure consistency and quality in every dish
- Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks during busy service periods
- Communicate effectively with servers, management, and team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold high standards of customer service by responding promptly to guest needs and feedback
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or expediting roles is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is essential
- Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
