What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right RV for their needs
- Build relationships and follow up with leads
- Maintain product knowledge on RV inventory
- Work as part of a team to hit dealership sales goals
Pay Structure
This is a commission-based position. Sales Representatives have an upcapped earning potential.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience strongly preferred (RV, automotive, or other commission-based sales is a plus)
- RV knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Reliable, consistent work history (job hoppers will not be considered)
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Willingness to work a 50+ hour schedule, including Saturdays
- Positive attitude and coachability

Pay: $31,200.00 - $63,714.05 per year
