Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments
- Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
- Take digital radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
- Support a positive and team-oriented office culture
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Dental Hygienist license
- CPR certification
- Local anesthesia certification preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Experience with modern dental technology preferred
