Overview:
The RN Clinical Analysis Coordinator partners with teams across Community Health System to evaluate, select and improve clinical products, equipment and technologies. This role supports evidence-based decision-making, product standardization, and technology adoption to ensure safe, effective, and efficient care delivery. The ideal candidate brings inpatient and procedural experience along with an understanding of reimbursement, value analysis and supply chain processes to support informed, system-wide decisions.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead evaluations of clinical products, equipment and new technologies to support safe and effective patient care. You’ll coordinate product trials and implementations, partnering with multidisciplinary teams and vendors to ensure a smooth process. Through analysis of product usage, cost and outcome data, you'll identify opportunities for standardization, cost savings and improved efficiency. You’ll evaluate patient safety and clinical efficacy for substitute products for back orders, recalls etc. You will also support committees and decision-making groups by sharing insights, guiding product reviews and driving improvements in how products and technologies are used across the system.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required

3 years direct patient care experience required

3 years leadership or project management experience preferred

Surgical experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications

RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
