We are looking for a dependable and motivated Griller to join our kitchen team. Be apart of our unique cooking experience where we engage and entertain our guests as we grill their meals in front of them.
This position includes Tips.
Responsibilities
- Understand basic cooking skills
- Must be able to communicate with other grillers to ensure that the guest's food is cooked how they ordered it
- Set up and stock grill station before service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Be willing to participate in the entertainment for the guest.
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, and inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous grill, line cook, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
