SkinSolutions.MD, a rapidly growing telehealth skincare platform powered by Revive Med Spa, is looking for a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and positive experience for our customers across multiple channels.
Customer Support
- Assist customers via phone, text, chat, and email
- Provide product education and personalized recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Manage multiple conversations at once while maintaining accuracy
Problem Solving & Support
- Research and troubleshoot order, product, or account issues
- Think quickly and adapt to real-time challenges
- Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, phone sales, or telemarketing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms
- Quick learner with the ability to retain product and process knowledge
- Professional, positive, and customer-first mindset
- Availability to work weekends (Sunday–Thursday schedule)
