Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop a strategy and innovative learning solutions for developing college interns

Build a development program to support new college grads and move them quickly to Operations leader roles
-
Partner to develop operations leaders and hi-potential emerging leaders
-
Partner with Director of Recruiting to complete a plan for building the bench through external recruiting
-
Develop and design any needed training to improve competencies for early level leaders
-
Utilize technology to create solutions for training
-
Source leadership experiences we can offer to all levels of leaders, skill soft, HBR, linked in learning, etc.
-
Own skills development for all
-
Create and conduct virtual development sessions for in the moment training
-
Coordinate 360 assessments and other assessments needed
-
Oversee development of and training for mentoring program
-
Create a central location for career development tools and resources
-
Support marketing of development programs/tools/and all talent management programs including performance management, competencies, and values
-
Other projects/duties as assigned

Retail operations experience preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree required
