Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of quality standards, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC)
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the industry
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
Proficiency in quality software and Microsoft Office applications

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $83431k -$104289k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
