Weekend Property Assistant – Luxury Vacation Rentals (SW & SE Cape Coral)
We are a family-owned luxury waterfront vacation rental business based in Cape Coral, Florida. We manage a portfolio of high-end waterfront homes and focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining our properties to the highest standards.
We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and proactive to help support weekend operations and guest experience.
Position Overview
This is a part-time weekend role focused on luxury vacation rental support, guest communication, property readiness, and operational coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, luxury homes, problem-solving, and creating great experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
- Be available on weekends for guest support needs
- Perform property walkthroughs and readiness checks
- Ensure homes are clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready
- Check outdoor areas, docks, amenities, and overall presentation
- Coordinate minor issues such as WiFi, AC, TVs, or vendor communication
- Assist with turnovers and property resets when needed
- Communicate professionally with guests, cleaners, vendors, and management
- Help identify and resolve issues before they become problems
- Check pools, spas, docks, outdoor living areas, and amenities to ensure the property presents at a luxury guest-ready standard
What We’re Looking For
- Must be local to Cape Coral
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, dependable, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently
- Hospitality, property management, or customer service experience is a plus
- Handy / mechanically inclined mindset is helpful but not required
Schedule
- Primarily weekends (Friday–Sunday), but optional weekday hours
- Flexible but responsive availability during guest stays
