We are currently hiring a full-time Entry Level Account Manager to join our retail sales team. This is a stable, customer-facing position focused on representing nationally recognized products and services inside a retail environment.

What You’ll Do
- Represent products and services directly to customers in a retail setting
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Answer questions and provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Assist with account support, customer enrollment, and service setup
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
- Work closely with team members to support daily retail operations
- Help maintain a welcoming and professional retail environment
- Meet individual and team performance expectations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers throughout the day
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Retail scheduling, including weekends as needed
