We are currently looking for an IT Systems Support Technician to join a long-term international project in Olathe, Kansas, supporting a global leader in radar technologies, communications systems and advanced engineering solutions.

As part of the onsite IT Operations team, you will act as a key technical point of contact for plant users and local infrastructure operations, ensuring the reliability and continuity of IT services in a highly critical industrial environment.
You will provide Level 2 technical support, basic systems administration and endpoint management while collaborating with infrastructure, network and operational teams to resolve incidents efficiently and maintain operational stability.
- Provide Level 2 IT support to plant and operational users.
- Support Windows client and server environments.
- Manage users, permissions and groups within Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams and OneDrive.
- Manage endpoints and devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Troubleshoot local infrastructure, workstations and connectivity issues.
- Perform basic switch replacement and network troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors when required.
- Support industrial operations where IT availability is business-critical.
- Ensure service continuity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position operates under a rotating shift model:
- Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Additional details:
- On-call availability required up to 2 weeks per month.
- Full onsite role in Olathe, Kansas.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support and Systems Administration.
- Experience supporting Windows environments in enterprise or industrial settings.

- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Systems or related field.
