We are a family owned company who has been in business since 1936 and continues to experience strong growth year after year. Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation and servicing all the products we sell. In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment. Primary duties include:

Delivering and installing garage doors and openers and a variety of appliances, electronics and into customers’ homes & businesses

Moving and lifting heavy products safely using a variety of equipment (dollies, straps, etc.)

Light carpentry and electrical work
-
Processing electronic delivery tickets
-
Must have two years’ field experience

Must be able to trouble shoot and service/repair garage doors and openers
-
Must be able to replace garage door springs
Job Requirements:

Pass a DOT physical & drug test

Valid Driver’s License

Team oriented

Able to participate daily in physical labor

Saturdays required

Be friendly & respectful towards customers and their property

Mechanical aptitude
