Goldberg Realty Associates is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee several well-maintained apartment communities. This isn't a position where you'll spend your day managing a large office team- instead, you'll be the driving force behind your communities, balancing leasing, operations, resident relationships, and day-to-day property management while partnering closely with Superintendents, vendors, and your Regional Property Manager.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly alike, but you can expect to:
- Personally handle the majority of leasing activity across your assigned communities
- Respond to prospective residents quickly and confidently close leases
- Conduct apartment tours and follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy
- Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and coordinate move-ins
- Build strong relationships with current residents by delivering exceptional customer service
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple apartment communities
- Coordinate apartment turnovers with Superintendents and outside vendors
- Monitor curb appeal and ensure each property reflects company standards
- Review rent collections, delinquency reports, invoices, and operating expenses
- Perform regular property inspections and identify issues before they become larger problems
- Partner closely with your Regional Property Manager to improve occupancy and overall property performance

Qualifications
Must Have:
- Experience managing multiple apartment communities
- At least 3 years of multi-family property management experience
- Strong leasing and occupancy management experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have:
- Experience coordinating maintenance teams and outside vendors
- Knowledge of budgeting, delinquency management, and market surveys
- Experience developing leasing strategies to improve occupancy
