Job Responsibilities Will Include:
Service commercial accounts according to scheduled routes and service plans
Inspect facilities for pest activity and conducive conditions
Perform pest control treatments in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Maintain and monitor pest management devices and equipment
Complete detailed service documentation and recommendations
Communicate professionally with facility managers and on-site contacts
Follow IPM principles, customer protocols, and company procedures
Safely work in various facility areas including rooftops, loading docks, and mechanical rooms
Maintain professionalism, safety, and compliance while on customer sites
Qualifications:
Previous commercial pest control experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to work independently and perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Offered compensation: $55,000/yr - $85,000/yr
