We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence through your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Manage appointments and schedules using salon software Vagaro.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement eyelash services.
- Conduct product demos to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
- Collaborate with team members to promote services and upsell additional treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, beauty treatments, and sanitation practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and related beauty treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within a salon or spa environment.
- Familiarity with salon software (Vagaro) for appointment management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in other beauty services such as, waxing, makeup application, or other beauty treatments is a plus.
- Ability to manage social media accounts for promoting services and engaging with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
