Schedule
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Typical 10-hour shifts
- Daytime schedules available
- Every shift includes two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break
What You'll Do
- Successfully handle and deliver packages safely and on time.
- Safely operate and perform daily safety inspections on your company-provided delivery vehicle.
- Follow all local and state laws, road and traffic regulations, and company policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even during challenging situations.
- Work in a physically demanding environment, including delivering in all weather conditions and on a variety of routes. Frequently lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 pounds, maneuver packages weighing between 50 and 70 pounds using appropriate equipment, and repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day.
- Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Use a company-issued handheld device for GPS navigation, package scanning, timekeeping, and communication with supervisors and team members.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
- Support the team by participating in rescue routes and assisting other Delivery Associates when needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must successfully pass a required pre-employment drug screening (marijuana is not included in pre-employment testing where applicable by law).
- Satisfactory driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to safely perform the physical demands of the position, including frequent walking, climbing stairs, entering and exiting the delivery vehicle, and lifting packages throughout the day.
