We are hiring a dependable part-time landscaper who is confident operating commercial zero-turn equipment and can complete assignments independently across assigned properties.
Position Overview
This is a part-time employee position. You will be assigned specific properties and expected to complete them efficiently and professionally without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
Operate commercial zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently

Perform edging, weed eating, and blowing

Maintain clean sidewalks and property lines (no overhang)

Remove tree suckers and manage sidewalk crack weeds

Follow assigned routes and complete properties independently

Follow all roadside safety procedures

Maintain equipment and report issues promptly

Qualifications
Proven zero-turn mower experience (required)

Commercial landscaping experience preferred

Ability to work independently and stay productive

Strong attention to detail

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Able to work outdoors in Florida weather

Schedule
2–3 days per week
