As a Telehealth Patient Facilitator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless Telehealth services for patients and providers. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary forms and paperwork are ready for appointments.
- Faxing, scanning, or emailing progress notes and documentation to providers before and after sessions when electronic health records are unavailable.
- Educating patients about the Telehealth process, obtaining consent, and ensuring confidentiality requirements are met.
- Monitoring daily clinic no-shows and coordinating patient arrivals with security.
- Assisting providers with Telehealth equipment and ensuring all devices are functional and operational.
- Facilitating patient flow during sessions and providing support throughout.
- Coordinating appointment scheduling and ensuring all required documentation and pharmacy orders are processed.
- Assisting in the orientation and training of new Telehealth providers and training other staff on the Patient Facilitator role when needed.
We’re seeking a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Experience: 0–1 year of experience in a related field (novice level).
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Telehealth processes and procedures.
- Background: Experience in mental health, physical health, or medical administration is a plus.
- Skills: Previous administrative and/or medical assistant training is preferred.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Location: OMHSAS – Torrance State Hospital, 121 Longview Drive, Torrance, PA 15779.
