Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehab team. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys helping residents regain independence, improve daily function, and achieve meaningful progress through personalized therapy programs.
What You'll Do:

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide treatment focused on daily living skills, upper extremity function, cognition, and safety awareness

Introduce adaptive techniques and equipment to improve independence and quality of life

Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to support resident goals

Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:
