The role: Radiology Technologist
We’re looking for a Radiology Technologist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality imaging with a strong focus on patient care.
This is a frontline clinical role you’ll play a key part in both patient experience and clinical
decision-making by producing accurate, high-quality diagnostic images while helping the clinic run smoothly.

What you’ll do (the essentials):
● Perform diagnostic X-rays with accuracy while ensuring patient comfort and safety
● Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality images
● Review images for clarity and diagnostic quality before submission
● Follow radiation safety protocols and use appropriate shielding
● Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, including pediatric patients● Collaborate with providers to support accurate and timely diagnoses
● Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
● Prepare and maintain imaging equipment and exam rooms.
● Perform front desk and clinical support duties as needed to support overall clinic
operations
● Identify and report equipment issues promptly
● Help maintain clinic flow, organization, and readiness throughout the day

Requirements
● Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
● Current Radiologic Technologist certification/licensure in New York State
● Experience in urgent care, outpatient, or high-volume clinical setting preferred
● Strong knowledge of radiographic equipment and imaging techniques
● Understanding of radiation safety standards and best practices
● CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
● Valid Drivers License
