Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cleaning Tech Supervisor to lead our cleaning and sanitation teams across various facilities. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient execution of daily tasks across multiple sites
- Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance to meet cleanliness standards and deadlines
- Conduct inspections of work areas to verify compliance with sanitation, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
- Provide training and guidance on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of equipment
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to address concerns or service requests promptly
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, and staff performance for reporting purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning environments
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a cleaning or janitorial setting
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for managerial interactions and customer service scenarios
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting equipment or supplies as needed
- Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is required
- You must have your own vehicle
