Job Title: Overnight EVS and Kitchen Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all overnight kitchen sanitation and public area (EVS) operations to ensure consistent cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards
- Supervise, coach, and support overnight teams, including kitchen stewards and public area attendants
- Manage nightly staffing schedules, assignments, and coverage to support continuous operations
- Train, onboard, and develop new overnight kitchen and EVS team members
- Ensure proper use, storage, and replenishment of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, food safety, workplace safety, and professional conduct
- Enforce all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality and compliance
- Recognize strong performance and foster accountability and engagement within the team
- Serve as a visible, hands-on leader and role model during overnight operations
- Communicate operational issues, incidents, or policy concerns to corporate leadership as required
- Work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and extended overnight hours as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior supervisory experience in stewarding, kitchen sanitation, EVS, or culinary operations overseeing 30+ employees
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen cleaning, sanitation standards, and food safety practices
- Hands-on experience with industrial cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain hourly teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Word
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Must meet company and client appearance and professionalism standards

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
