Now Hiring: Front Desk / Phone & Appointment Coordinator
We are looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our team in a front desk role. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Greet and assist customers when they arrive
- Open the office every morning at 7:00 AM and prepare for daily operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks (messages, calendars, etc.)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual (must be able to open at 7:00 AM)
- Basic computer skills for scheduling/booking systems
- Friendly attitude and ability to stay organized in a busy environment
Preferred (not required):
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or scheduling experience
Schedule: Morning shifts starting at 7:00 AM (exact hours to be discussed)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
