Carry out and implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans, inclusion of theme-related materials, and rotation of toys and equipment on a regular basis. Provide safe, responsive, stimulating environment by actively engaging oneself in daily activities and routines. Form and maintain professional relationship with parents and families. Assess all areas of development of children using the Mother Goose Time Curriculum. Develop and maintain portfolio for each child. Conduct parent-teacher conferences with each family. Maintain all certifications as required. Ensure compliance with all Alabama Department of Human Resources rules and regulations.
