Jimmy Wans Restaurant is looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team in our Cranberry Township, PA location! Be part of a resturant family that values excellence, teamwork, and hospitality!
Requirements:
- Lunch & Dinner Shift Availability is REQUIRED (Our Business Hours are 11am -11pm)
- Full-Time / Part-Time Available
- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and seat guests.
- Guide the guest experience.
- Manage the flow of service, coordinating with servers, runners, and management to optimize table turns and guest satisfaction.
- Field phone calls for reservations, takeout and delivery orders.
- Process credit card and cash payments.
- Maintain a polished front desk and entry area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Serve customers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Act as a guest concierge, assisting with special requests, answering questions and anticipating needs.
Skills:
- Work experience as a Host/Cashier or Server (preferred but not required)
- Basic math skills
- Customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and people skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Compensation:
$10-12 Hourly + Takeout and Delivery Tips
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
