Contact Technologies, Inc. is accepting applications for a 2nd Shift Department Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Lead, coach, and support production employees
- Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Assign work and manage staffing to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor production performance and address issues as they arise
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Train employees and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Work closely with other departments and shift supervisors to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
- identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and waste reduction
- Communicate production results, issues, and opportunities to management
