Outside Sales Representative
Job Description:
Florida Home360 is hiring immediately for outside in home sales representatives. To be considered for this position we prefer that you have at least 1 year of sales experience. If you meet all requirements for this position, please apply! We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting in-home presentations and sales of our replacement windows, doors, and roofing. This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential.
We provide you with a marketing staff that qualifies and confirms every appointment, no cold calling! There will be continuous support and development through training along with top-of-the-line technology to help enhance your skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of FloridaHome360, developing professionalism and knowledge of our products and services
- Conduct in-home sales presentations to prospective customers in our assigned territories
- Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets, goals, and metrics
- Commit to the process
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales
- Passion for sales and people
- Coachability, willingness to learn, train, and grow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong time management skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
- Commission-based earnings with no cap
- There is a Base salary plus commission
- Closing percentage and volume monthly bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
