Job Duties
Our maintenance aides wear a lot of different hats. In general, you’re out and about in the park, performing routine maintenance, cleaning facilities and offering great customer service.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Keeping the restrooms clean, emptying trash cans and litter picking
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas and rental facilities
- Restocking and cleaning overnight cottages
- Maintaining inventories of cleaning supplies and toiletries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 18-years-old or older on first day of employment
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Attend and successfully complete all training programs as deemed necessary
- Ability and willingness to work with cleaning chemicals, paint and stains, and basic power tools and equipment
- Interest in learning new skills and trades
- Lift/move 20 lbs or more
