Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our establishment. Duties
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a skilled and motivated team
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food stock levels to minimize waste and control costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
- Monitor shift performance, enforce policies, and implement procedures to improve service quality and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
- Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling is essential
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development
- Background in hospitality management or restaurant experience with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with kitchen management, food production processes is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
