Responsibilities
Photography
- Photograph newborns, maternity, cake smash, family, and milestone sessions
- Create natural poses and genuine expressions
- Maintain high-quality image standards
Sales & Customer Experience
- Present portrait collections and guide clients through the ordering process
- Build relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Studio Leadership
- Assist with daily operations and scheduling
- Train and support team members
- Maintain studio appearance and workflow
- Help achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Studio photography experience preferred
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Positive attitude and leadership mindset
- Weekend availability required
