What to expect.
You will work alongside a team of highly skilled clinicians, providing specialized mental health care services. This position offers not only a fulfilling career, but also ample opportunities for professional growth and development.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.
- Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
- Flexible scheduling options.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
- Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
- Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.

What we need from you.
- Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
- Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
The pay range for this position is $70.019.40 minimum to $84,872.00 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, license, years and level of related experience.
