Position Overview
We’re hiring a dependable and motivated Snack Bar Attendant to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, follow food safety standards, and take pride in preparing quality food consistently.
Must-Have Requirements

- Experience in food service, or have an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work nights and weekends is required.
- Knowledge or able to learn safe food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Experience in food service
- Familiarity with fryers, flat tops, ovens, and standard kitchen equipment
- Experience in entertainment or bowling center kitchens
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations
- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Cook menu items on the line during busy periods, including fry, grill, and prep stations
- Ensure food quality, portion accuracy, and consistent ticket times
Food Safety & Cleanliness
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift
- Properly store food, label items, rotate stock, and assist with closing tasks
Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service
- Communicate effectively during peak times to manage ticket flow
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and other kitchen tasks as assigned
