Extreme Steel, Inc. is a growing AISC-certified structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabricator and erector serving the DC, Virginia, and Maryland areas. We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Structural Steel Welders.
What You'll Do
- Perform structural steel welding according to project specifications.
- Form, roll, grind, cut, and sand metal components.
- Prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
- Assist with general shop and production tasks as needed.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of welding experience required.
- Experience with structural steel fabrication preferred.
- Ability to use grinders and other fabrication tools.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
