Commercial Concrete Worker - Travel Required
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Workers for an immediate, direct hire opportunity based out of Rosendale, WI.
If you have experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, pouring, or finishing and are willing to travel, we want to hear from you!
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $23.00–$35.00/hour (based on experience)
- Top pay available for candidates with 10+ years of experience and leadership/crew lead background
- Per Diem: Hotel provided + $50/day when traveling
- Hours: 60+ hours per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (peak season) with occasional Saturdays
- Duration: Long-term, ongoing work
- Position Type: Direct Hire

Travel Required
This position includes both local and out-of-state work. Applicants MUST be willing to travel.
- Approximately 40% of projects are local (within 60 miles of Rosendale, WI)
- Approximately 60% of projects require out-of-state travel
- Hotel is provided when traveling, along with $50/day per diem
Job Responsibilities
- Set and strip concrete forms
- Place and tie reinforcing steel (rebar)
- Pour and finish concrete
- Install waterstops and embedded items
- Perform general material handling and site cleanup
- Work on large commercial and agricultural concrete projects, including tanks, digesters, and waste storage systems
- Follow safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a crew
Qualifications
- 2+ years of concrete construction experience
- Experience with:
- Setting and stripping forms
- Installing and tying rebar
- Pouring concrete
- Concrete finishing
- Installing waterstops and embedded items
- Commercial or agricultural concrete experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime (60+ hours per week)
- Leadership or crew lead experience is a plus and qualifies for top pay
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel as required
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
