Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through excellent service and expertly crafted drinks. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, ensuring proper transactions and balancing registers at shift end.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to special requests or dietary needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Support event setups such as banquets or catering functions by preparing drinks and ensuring timely service during busy periods.
Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender in restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet environments; fine dining experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a friendly manner.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements.
- Experience with catering events or large-scale food service operations is advantageous.
