Under the direction of the Director of Gymnastics, the Assistant Director of Gymnastics is responsible for the vision, development, supervision, and daily execution of the YMCA’s competitive gymnastics program. This role provides hands-on coaching, oversees training plans and meet preparation, develops and mentors coaching staff, ensures program safety and compliance, supports enrollment and retention, and fosters a positive, athlete-centered culture aligned with the YMCA’s mission and core values.
