Adecco is seeking a BIM Designer for a full-time, on-site position in Garland, TX, supporting technology systems for large-scale sports and entertainment venue projects. This role focuses on Revit-based BIM/CAD production for structured cabling, network, IPTV, AV, and LED display systems. The position requires day-one Revit proficiency, a strong background in BIM/CAD design, and the ability to develop single-line diagrams for low-voltage and AV environments.
The role is based at the Garland corporate headquarters with no remote or hybrid option. Experience with AV systems modeling is strongly preferred, and the position requires a high level of technical precision, organization, and consistency.
Build and maintain Revit models and families for low-voltage, network, and AV systems independently.
Develop single-line diagrams, including riser and one-line diagrams, for network and AV systems.
Model AV systems, including speaker layouts, coverage, TV and display placement, and AV device and rack layouts.
Produce construction documents such as floor plans, device layouts, rack elevations, and cable pathway and conduit routing.
Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and VDC with the general contractor and other trades.
Support AutoCAD 2D drafting and detailing using engineer markups, redlines, specifications, and sketches.
Maintain BIM/CAD standards, templates, families, and detail libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
Generate bills of material and quantities from models to support estimating and procurement.
Track time worked, time on task, and ticket and task completion in Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects.
Support point-cloud and reality-capture workflows, including ReCap, and field verification for as-builts when required.
Proven, hands-on Revit proficiency with the ability to model and produce sheets independently from day one.
At least 3 years of hands-on BIM/CAD design experience, with the majority of that experience in Revit.
Demonstrated ability to develop single-line diagrams and riser or one-line diagrams for low-voltage, network, or AV systems.
AV systems design experience, including modeling speakers, coverage, TVs, displays, and AV device layouts.
Strong AutoCAD proficiency for 2D production drafting and detailing work.
Ability to work from engineer or designer markups, redlines, specifications, and sketches with accuracy.
Ability to work fully on-site in Garland, TX every business day with no remote or hybrid option.
Strong attention to detail and organization when managing multiple drawing packages and deadlines.
Comfort using a PC and learning software tools, with Zoho as part of the daily workflow.
Ability to pass a background check and confirm eligibility to work in the United States.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
