Position Summary
Manages large-format print projects from intake through delivery — signage, banners, vehicle wraps, wide-format graphics, and display materials — coordinating between sales, prepress, production, and installation to hit deadlines, quality standards, and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities

- Serve as primary client contact for project status, timelines, and change orders
- Schedule work across large-format equipment (e.g., flatbed/roll-to-roll printers, laminators, cutters) to balance capacity and deadlines
- Coordinate outside vendors for install, fabrication, or specialty finishing when work falls outside in-house capability
- Track job costing and flag scope/spec changes that affect pricing
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines; escalate risks early
- Maintain accurate job status in EFI Pace
- Conduct final quality checks against client specs before shipment/install
Qualifications
- 2+ years project management experience in large-format, commercial print, or sign/display production

- Clear written and verbal communication for client-facing updates
- Experience with an MIS/ERP system (EFI Pace preferred)
- Vehicle wrap or install-site coordination experience a plus
